The times listed above are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding all national holidays) and are estimates. We can begin to investigate late orders sent with standard shipping once 10 business days have passed since the date of shipment. For orders sent with expedited shipping, we must wait until one full business day after the order was scheduled to arrive.

The above tables will only display the shipping methods available for your order. If you change your address or the contents of your shopping bag so that your order no longer qualifies for your shipping choice, the site will ask you to edit your order before you proceed to Checkout. Shipping costs are indicated on the order confirmation screen before you complete your order.

We're now shipping from California distribution center to get your orders to you as quickly as we can.

Default Shipping Address

Your default shipping address is the one used on your most recent order. At Checkout, you can change your shipping address by clicking the "change" button by the default address. This will allow you to select another saved address, or enter a new one.

You can review your shipping address at any time in the Shipping Addresses area of My Account. You can add, delete, or edit your saved addresses. Changes you make on the Shipping Addresses area of Your Account will not affect orders you have already placed.

Shipping Promotions

We occasionally offer special promotions for free or discounted shipping. These promotions have strict eligibility requirements. Please review the eligibility requirements to check if you are qualified for the shipping offer.

Order Processing Deadlines

For overnight and 2-day shipping, orders received before 3PM Eastern, Monday to Friday (except holidays), will begin to process the same day. For Express shipping, orders must be received before 1PM Eastern, Monday to Friday (except holidays), in order to begin processing the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day.

Items on Order

If an item is currently out of stock, there will be a date listed next to the product stating when we should be receiving the product back in stock. If you choose to purchase the item anyway, a preorder/backorder shipping surcharge will apply.

Shipping Confirmation Emails

Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order.

Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends, or on postal holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after our order processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. The timeframe for the shipment method you selected will begin when the carrier picks it up for delivery.

Shipping Carriers

Orders placed with standard shipping may be shipped with any of our carriers: US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or Ontrac. We cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific carrier when you choose this delivery option. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please check that option in the address form to make sure that your order is delivered correctly.

Orders placed with 2-day and overnight shipping are only shipped with UPS or Ontrac. The carrier will usually deliver your package by 8PM on the estimated date of delivery. However, we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time of day.

Orders to P.O. Boxes or US Territories will be delivered by the US Postal Service, and can only be sent with standard or express shipping. Orders to APO/FPO/DPO addresses will be delivered by the U.S. Military Postal Service. We do not use any other shipping carriers for these addresses.

Restrictions on Air Shipping

Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transport. However, the US Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap. Restricted items include:

  • Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray, shaving cream, and inhalers.
  • Products that contain flammable volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as: fragrances, nail polish, bunion treatments, and nail polish remover.

We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require ground-only delivery, at our standard shipping rates, for orders that contain DOT-restricted products. We are unable to ship DOT-restricted (hazmat) items to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or US Territories.

Weekend Delivery

We are unable to arrange weekend deliveries. All shipping and processing times listed on our website are in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding all national holidays). Some of our shipping carriers occasionally deliver orders sent via standard shipping on Saturdays, but this service cannot be requested or guaranteed.

Perishable Items

The shipping options for perishable products are limited, to make sure that you receive these items in excellent quality. These packages are not in transit on Saturday and Sunday, so any item noted as perishable must be ordered by strict deadlines to avoid weekend transit.

International Orders

We’ve partnered with some specific services that forwards packages to international destinations.

If you use a package forwarding service like UCS to forward your order outside of the United States, then we consider their U.S. address to be the destination for your order. Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once it reaches that address safely. We recommend reviewing their insurance options for international shipments before you place your order.

Orders shipping to U.S. Military addresses overseas (Army, Fleet, and Diplomatic Post Offices) do not need to use a package forwarding service.

Return Policy

Returning Items:

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by haimi365.com, as long as it meets the following conditions:

  • You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • Bulk order sales are final. If you believe your returns request should be assessed beyond our listed return policy for bulk orders (i.e. for damages, defects, etc.), please contact customer care for further assistance.
  • Some items cannot be returned for a refund:
    • Some special handling and scheduled delivery items are final sale. These items are identified as such on their product information pages. When you receive your order, please check to make sure they in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment.
    • Any items purchased from our Sexual Well-Being store cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturer defect. When you receive your order, please check to make sure these items are working. We will credit or exchange unused, defective items in their original packaging only. Items returned without original packaging or after 30 days will not be refunded.
    • Bulk order sales are final. If you believe your returns request should be assessed beyond our listed return policy for bulk orders (i.e. for damages, defects, etc.), please contact customer care for further assistance.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer Care immediately; click here to send us an email. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of the affected products, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. A Customer Care Specialist will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Please do not discard any items unless you have been directed to do so by a Customer Care Specialist.

Special Offers & Promotions

If you choose to return part of an order, you may no longer qualify for all special offers associated with your purchase. For example, if you received a free gift with purchase you may be required to return the gift in order to receive full credit for your return.

Return Shipping and Processing

If you still have it, the box your order arrived in should be sufficient to make sure that your return arrives back at our distribution centre undamaged. Padded envelopes are not an effective way to protect your return shipment, as items may be crushed during transit. Please pack your return shipment securely to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit.

We will provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee of $4.99 will apply. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied on all returns over $200 that are not the result of our error.

Items that require special handling, scheduled deliver are sent directly from our suppliers, not from our main distribution centers. If you choose to return an item that was sent with special handling, you need contact us to request return authorization and a shipping label to have the item returned to the correct location. Returning your items to the wrong location may greatly delay the processing of your return and credit.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 30 days and send you an e-mail confirmation. Please bear in mind that it can take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
